Important First Steps

Login to the Exhibitor Dashboard on MYS to access all the things you’ll need to prepare for the show. Your login information can be found on the confirmation email from when you first reserved your booth. If you need help finding this, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Badge Information

Your company’s badge allotment is determined by the square footage of the exhibit space you have purchased. There is a charge for exceeding the badge allotment of $50 per additional badge. Paid exhibitor badges are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: Exhibitor badges are ONLY for exhibitor personnel.

Exhibitor Badges will provide access to:

  • Show floor during setup/move-out hours, and all exhibit floor show hours
  • The Welcome Party
  • The Keynote Speaker Presentation
  • Does NOT include conference sessions or tours. You can add these at an additional cost when ordering your badges

 

Online Exhibitor Listing

This is a valuable tool you will want to update as soon as possible. Your online Show Directory Listing Features include:

  • A company description of up to 500 characters long.
  • Product Category boxes to assist in attendee searches.
  • Company URL, social media site links and other contact information
  • Press Releases, Show specials and Virtual Business cards
  • Logo, product images & videos and other advertising materials at higher listing packages

Please ask your Account Manager about upgrade and sponsorship opportunities. Login to your Exhibitor Dashboard and click on Update Company Information and Upload Advertising Materials.

Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM)

The Exhibitor Service Manual is your one-stop guide to show information, rules & regulations, shipping and move-in information, and ordering carpet, furniture, etc. for your booth. You can also order Internet, Electricity, and Lead Retrieval from here. The ESM for 2024 is live and can be accessed from your Exhibitor Dashboard.

Invite Your Customers To The Show

We have partnered with Feathr, which can be accessed via the Exhibitor Dashboard or through a custom email sent to you, to offer personalized custom invites, including a code for a FREE Expo Hall Pass! Once you log into your personalized dashboard, you can send email and social media invitations to your customers using our WWETT Show branding to promote your presence at the show. Onsite Action Items

Marketing and Sponsorships
Investing in onsite signage and promo opportunities can add that little something extra to help you stand out from the crowd. We have a variety of options of all price points and ways to promote your brand.

Lead Retrieval
Badge scanners will help to keep track of sales leads and their contact info which will also save time and effort in the long run. You can order this through the Exhibitor Service Manual or during online badge registration.

Badge/ID
Make sure that you always have your badge and photo ID on you.

Meals
It is good to have water and snacks at your booth.

Events
Take advantage of special events to enhance your experience.

Onsite Support
There will be floor managers and Fern representatives available to help with anything you may need onsite.

 

Boothmanship

What is Boothmanship?

Simply put, Boothmanship is the way you conduct yourself when you are in your booth during show floor hours. It can go a long way in determining whether you have a successful show. It takes only 4 seconds to make a first impression on an attendee (good or bad) and you only have one chance to make a first impression!

Tips for booth etiquette:

  • Remember to be courteous, professional, make eye contact, and smile!
  • While working the exhibit, don't sit in your booth or lean on the exhibit counters.
  • Don't spend time talking on your cell phone, with booth neighbors, or with your other booth staff.
  • Make eye contact; never ignore a prospect, even if you're with another prospect. (Give them a nod and a "just a minute" sign). Include them in your conversation.

Post Show

Make sure that you follow up with your booth leads shortly after the show. This will help keep your product fresh in their mind, show that you want to do business, and get your leads into the next step of the sales process.
