WWETT Show 2020 will be held at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Dates for the Education are February 17-19, 2020 and the Marketplace Expo Hall is open February 18-20, 2020.

No, the WWETT Show is a trade event and only professionals from the industry will be allowed to attend.

During normal show hours, persons 17 years old and under will be admitted only with parental supervision. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Persons 18 years old and over must register and pay in order to receive a badge.

Filming/Photography and its activities cannot interfere with exhibit operations nor pedestrian traffic. Photography or videography is permitted only with prior approval of the exhibiting company. Failure to obtain prior consent may result in removal from the exhibit hall. Filming may only be used for editorial purposes only promoting the WWETT Show, not for resale or profit of any kind. No cell phones or pagers may be used during seminars.

Your attendee eCode can be found on your registration confirmation that you receive by email after you register.  It is called your RegID number and is listed under your bar code. 

If you have misplaced your eCode, please select the ‘forgot password’ or ‘forgot eCode’ from the sign-in prompt.

You may also log in using your registration email and password setup during the registration process.

Yes.  If you select a Full Education Package you must pre-select your classes. This allows conference attendees the ability to download the handouts for those sessions for which they register.

Your selected sessions will print out in agenda format on your badge with the day, time and room number displayed for your convenience.  Plus, preregistering guarantees you a seat in the class.

Your registration confirmation email will contain a link that can be used to edit your registration.  Or, if you prefer you can swing through the attendee registration area at show site to amend your schedule.  You also have the option to contact the registration help line at 877-978-7322 or by emailing

You will be able to access certificates of completion approximately six-weeks post-show by logging into  In the upper right hand corner, click on Sign-in.  Enter your Last Name and Reg. ID. (ID from your badge worn at the show.) Click on the education icon.  Click on 2020 downloads tab.  You will be able to download your certificates of completion there. 

Important note: You must get your badge scanned at each conference session you attend in order to receive a certificate of completion for that class.

Although the WWETT Show does provide these files to the state agencies, most states still require the individual licensee to report continuing education credits themselves.

Conference sessions at the WWETT Show were submitted to a variety of state licensing organizations for approval.  Please check the State Credits and CEUs tab on the convention website for a list of approvals.

You will be able to access handouts for your sessions approximately two weeks prior to the conference.

To get the handouts:
Access Attendee Sign-In via the convention website (in the upper right hand corner of this page, click on Sign-in).

Enter your Last Name and Reg ID (Reg ID can be found on your confirmation email.)
- Click on the education icon.
- Click on 2020 downloads tab.
The handouts for the sessions you registered for will appear there.
