Resources for Current Exhibitors

Exhibitor Dashboard/Portal

All exhibitors to WWETT Show have access to the Exhibitor Dashboard/Portal. This is a secure, access-controlled section of the website where you can:

  • Create and manage your booth listing
  • Review your account information
  • Make payments.

To start, click the ‘Sign in »’ button that appears on the top right corner of each page on the website. Have your Password handy—you'll need it to log in.

Exhibitor Booth Listing

While you are in the Exhibitor Dashboard/Portal, be sure to update your Exhibitor Booth Listing. This listing is visible to attendees when they browse exhibitors on the convention website and on the convention app. And, you can create the listing that will be used in the printed Program & Event Guide, which is distributed at the show.

Updating your listing is easy-- click on the booth listing icon in the portal and use the handy listing editor.

  • Manage your company contact information, websites and social media links.
  • Update your company listing for both the website and the printed show program

Getting Started with your Exhibitor Dashboard/Portal

Exhibitor Service Manual

The Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM for short) is your complete resource for planning and outfitting your booth.

You can access the ESM through the Exhibitor Portal. If you prefer not to click ← the link to your left, than you can also find the same link via the 'Sign in »' link at the top right corner of this page... and all pages of wwettshow.com. Once signed in, look for the Service Manual tile in your main dashboard. Don't forget, you'll need your Password to sign in. If you don't have it, contact your account rep.
